Cows are milked 2–3 times daily using modern milking machines. The process is hygienic, with equipment sterilized to prevent contamination. Each cow can produce 8–10 gallons of milk per day on average. Fresh milk is quickly cooled to below 4°C to preserve quality. Stored in stainless-steel bulk tanks until collection. Before transport, milk is tested for bacteria, antibiotic residues, and fat content. If it fails safety standards, it is discarded.
